Good healthy habits must be instilled in yourself before you can teach them to someone else that the rule.

Cooking healthy may seem difficult and untasty at first but trust me it is all an illusion. Skip the healthy cookbooks stick to what is fast and easy and nutritious. Just by eating in, that is healthy enough and a good habit to create. This alone will reduce the calories and toxins that you would have otherwise eaten outside. Then the next step is to figure out what you like to eat which should be pretty easy. Then figure out how to cook that option the healthier way. For example, I love cheeseburgers I could eat them every day but I don’t. I instead can make a burger at home just as good in half the time and way healthier. I feel good because I eat healthily and because I had a burger

Just because you found it in the grocery store doesn’t mean it is healthy, just because it is in a can doesn’t mean it is good for you. Instead of buying veggies from a can you can opt for frozen ones. These are very fresh and almost as good as the real thing. They are preserved how they are as soon as they are cut. Keeping some bag of frozen veggies is great for eating healthy and being on a budget.

Getting everyone in your family on board to living a healthier lifestyle can be a very hard task especially if they are not into it. But the are a lot of different ways you can make this transition seem a lot less painful. Try to make it fun and little by little are being more healthy. Try to exercise at first 3-4days a week and eat at least one home-cooked meal. Once that is incorporated into your life then up the ante and start going to the gym 4-5 times a week and then eating two home-cooked meals.

It is simply an excuse by people that say they don’t eat healthy because it is too expensive. It is way more expensive to eat out every day. Start experimenting, sure going to the grocery store and paying 80 dollars at once may seem like a lot but if you divide that by the number of meals you can make that average will probably be around 3 dollars per meal. Tell me where you can eat a full meal for 3 dollars?
